Licensed as a supervisor in the state of KY, I am able to provide individual online supervision for up to 12 LPCA’s. An LPCA/Supervisor agreement will need to be completed and filed with the board. A minimum of three (3) hours per month are required. Additional monthly hours are available/allowed. Depending on scheduling/location, in-person supervision can be arranged. Supervision includes case consultation and review, assessment and diagnosis support, file and documentation review, hour and goal tracking, and resources.
